Today my friend was giving a talk to pre medical students about the whole applying to medical school process. He gets to a point where he mentions the difficulty of clerkships and asks the audience, “Can anyone here even tell me what a clerk does?”
There was silence until one first year student speaks up in the back.
“They’re the hospital bitch.”
